Join Us for a Life-Saving Event!

Patty’s Salon is proud to partner with The Rose Mobile Mammography Program to host a Mobile Mammography Day on January 27, 2025 , from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM . This event will take place at the Angelina County Senior Center , located at 2801 Valley Ave., Lufkin, TX 75901 .

Why Attend?

Early detection saves lives. This event is designed to provide convenient access to 3D mammography services, ensuring women in our community can prioritize their breast health.

Here’s how it works:

For every 3 insured women, The Rose supports 1 uninsured woman.
Most major insurances are accepted.
Sponsorships are available for uninsured women who meet income eligibility.

Are You Eligible?

You are eligible if you meet the following criteria:

Female, 35 years or older.
Have a primary care physician.
Due for a mammogram with a doctor’s order.
No current breast health symptoms.
Not pregnant or nursing.
No breast cancer diagnosis in the past 2 years.

How to Schedule an Appointment

Scheduling your mammogram is simple:

Join us for the third annual Chili Cookoff with the Angelina County Senior Center

Open to public of all ages!! 2 chili categories* CASI: Chili must be cooked onsite and cannot have fillers such as beans ect. & Homestyle: chili can be brought from home. Beans and salsa can be made ahead of time. Forms of payment can be cash or checks made out to Angelina Co senior center. Or you can make a one-time donation on the website. Doors will open for cookers and vendors at 7am
